Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Al Khayam Catering Equipment Trading LLC, trading as Grease Trap Cleaning Services LLC (“GTC”, “we”, “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide the following services across the UAE:
- Grease trap cleaning, maintenance, and emergency services
- Grease trap supply, delivery, and installation
- Drain line jetting and unblocking
- Kitchen exhaust and hood cleaning
- Septic tank and sewage tank cleaning
All services are subject to availability and service area coverage.
Service Area
We operate across all 7 UAE emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Response times may vary by location.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted in AED and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless a credit arrangement is in place
- We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Emergency and after-hours services may incur additional charges
Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, access issues, or safety concerns
Warranties & Guarantees
- Cleaning services: We guarantee municipality compliance for the cleaned trap at the time of service
- Installed products: Manufacturer warranty applies (typically 1–2 years for stainless steel traps)
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to pipes, traps, or plumbing discovered during service
Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to grease traps and work areas
- Ensure water supply is available during service
- Inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions on site
- Maintain traps between scheduled cleanings per our guidance
Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
- We carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services
Municipality Compliance
- We provide cleaning certificates and waste manifests as required by Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities
- It remains the client’s responsibility to maintain records and schedule timely cleanings to remain compliant
- We are not responsible for fines resulting from a client’s failure to schedule required maintenance
Intellectual Property
All content on greasetrapcleaning.ae, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Al Khayam Catering Equipment Trading LLC. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Privacy
Personal data collected during service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts.
