Yes. All GTC stewards complete a HACCP Level 1 food safety course before deployment. They are trained in cross-contamination prevention, correct sanitiser usage, colour-coded cleaning systems, and waste segregation procedures. They also hold valid Dubai Municipality food handler cards and current medical fitness certificates.
What happens if a steward is absent? +
We operate a same-day replacement guarantee. We maintain a trained pool of backup stewards in every emirate. If your assigned steward calls in sick or is unavailable for any reason, we dispatch a replacement before your kitchen shift begins — at no additional charge. You will never be left without cover.
Can we get stewards for events and banquets? +

What documents do your stewards carry? +
Every GTC steward carries: a valid UAE residence visa, a current medical fitness certificate from a DHA or HAAD approved centre, a Dubai Municipality or relevant authority food handler card, and an Emirates ID. Copies of all documents are provided to you at the start of the contract for your inspection records.
Do you provide stewards outside Dubai? +
Yes. We deploy stewarding staff across all seven UAE emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We are fully operational in the Northern Emirates and can conduct site assessments at no charge regardless of location.
What is the minimum contract period? +
